Over the years, a lot of people have asked to “have a chat” with me. I enjoy those conversations. But I’ve come away from more than one realising it wasn’t really a chat at all. It drew on 10 to 20 years of clinical experience, organisational leadership, systems thinking and pattern recognition, and it produced something someone could take away and use immediately.
