The question worth asking

If there is one thing I would change about how we evaluate vascular access training, it is the question we start with.

Completion is easy to count. It is also the least interesting number. The harder and more honest question is what reliably changed in practice afterwards, and whether it is still in place a year later.

A circle of support around practice change is how you give that question a chance of a good answer.
