Concept illustration connecting learning resources with Learn, Train and Scale
Concept illustration of organising learning and ideas, not evidence of a deployed AI system or sponsored programme.

The Innovation Vein concept starts with a useful question and a carefully scoped opportunity to explore it. Practical resources can support discussion and learning when their purpose and limitations are clear.

Define the question

Be clear about the idea, the people who could contribute and what the activity is intended to help us understand. Keep exploration, evaluation and an established result as separate stages.

Make the evidence visible

Record what was demonstrated, what feedback was gathered and what remains uncertain. An interesting prototype or positive discussion does not establish validation, clinical effectiveness or approval for a different use.

Agree the practical boundaries

Before an activity proceeds, clarify the specification, permissions, responsibilities and resources needed. Any later production or delivery commitment needs its own agreement.

Protect independent dialogue

HALO’s operating charter protects independent professional discussion. Partners do not set dialogue agendas, receive participant lists or display logos in sessions. Any proposal to support resources must be considered separately within those boundaries.
