One of our first strategic partnerships with Olberon, Nottingham. Here Sarah is with Steve from Olberon and supported several meetings to help olberon as a senior clinical consult in Duba at Arab Health 2019.

Here at WISH, we had 2 very small companies but with powerful innovations on our training vein. This came with us to WISH as did our USA partners simulator.

These document are retained for decades so sponsorship of these are a long term investment as well as som quick wins.  

BD our original sponosr and and BBraun have through their support enabled the project to continue and grow. In return they have had their products placed in front of thousands of cinicians and in 20 years many of these are now senior buyers.   More recenly we had smaller companies such as Richardsons healthcare.  At one meeting with a group global Chief nurse, Sarah was instructed to remove the adverst for their use, however not before asking why this dressing was in there and what it was and Sarah gladly provided information on the supplier and what it is offering.

Their innovation is so simple we can take it anywhere (check out our news pages over the last year). Like VeinTrains innovation though, it has hidden complexity and thought. A system that simply works and can reach places other simulators cannot, like clinicians in their workplace! Real life Sim complements what we have built and by working togethor we hope to move the work forward faster and with further reach. Our aim is to get these out there. B & G Educational Innovations, LLC, (BGEI), the Florida, USA based parent company of ReaLifeSim, LLC with the innovative ReaLifeSim wearable IV task trainer, announced today their strategic partnership with VeinTrain, Ltd. a British firm with national healthcare training expertise, based in Nottingham, UK.

Elizabeth Benson, ReaLifeSim and Sarah Phillips, VeinTrain (two of the companies’ founders) met on LinkedIn and immediately recognized their shared drive and focus on best-practices clinical education and the potential for a mutually beneficial collaboration “across the pond.” VeinTrain and ReaLifeSim are working together to provide  the current  healthcare workforce and the next generation of clinicians with improved learner experiences.

VeinTrain brings over a decade of expertise in curriculum design and innovative tools like the “Naked Vein” used for psychomotor skills development in fundamental venipuncture skills.
